Citrus x paradisi, our common grapefruit is actually a hybrid of pomelo, a fruit tree of Southeast Asia that gives greenish berries, and soft orange.
This essential oil is mainly used as a food supplement to stimulate the liver.

Dosage

1 drop 2 times a day in a spoonful teaspoon of honey diluted in warm infusion or in a fruit or vegetable juice.
